The following files can be downloaded and filled in by all MYSO coaches. The first file is another opportunity to call out and reward each player with a special skill that they have mastered OR just to reflect their attitude while under your coaching. Change it to reflect your team and hand them out during your year end team gathering...talk a little about the player and what made him or her stand out!!!

The second file is the players evaluation. This is to be handed in during Wednesdays November 1st EOS Coach's meeting!!!! Mark your calendar...bring your assistant coach....
